Sundanese Encryption
One of the street signs in Bandung, written in Latin alphabet and Sundanese encryption. The Sundanese is the native people of West Java. The idea of making the street sign written in local encryption has been done in Yogyakarta since a long time ago. Now, Bandung has started renewing its street signs by adding up the Sundanese encryption. I'm not sure about how many more recent generations are still able to read and write the encryption --at least we could see this as a good idea in preserving our culture.
Who will be our next mayor?

Railroad
Bandung railroad was built along the occupation of the Dutch in Indonesia. This railroad scretches from East to West and divides Bandung into two main parts; northern Bandung and southern Bandung. We're facing east now. Going to the east will bring us to Yogyakarta while Jakarta is at the opposite direction.

Colourful Siliwangi
When I just arrived in Bandung, I was a little bit disturbed with the image painted along Siliwangi Road. I thought it was an advertisement. A very very long advertisement :D. Perhaps I was sleepy that night.
Later on, I found out that the image was a nice graffiti art beautifully done by the students of faculty of art of Bandung Institute of Technology. I love their works.
